Frank is a founding partner of Cobb, Olson, & Andrle, LLC. He focuses his practice on community association representation, creditors’ rights, collections, landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, tax sale matters, and general real estate litigation. Frank represents individual property owners, nonprofits, neighborhoods, homeowner and condominium associations, real estate builders and developers, real estate agents and brokers, real estate appraisers, and other real estate professionals.
Frank has been licensed to practice law since 1997. He brings to the Firm decades of overall litigation experience, including over a decade of litigation experience exclusively dedicated to real estate law, Condo and HOA representation, and creditors’ rights. Frank is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s litigation work and over his career has litigated thousands of cases to settlement or, when settlement is not possible, through trial and appeals.
Prior to forming Cobb, Olson, & Andrle, LLC, Frank managed McCurdy & Candler’s Default Litigation Department for eight years, overseeing thousands of cases and supervising several attorneys and paralegals during his tenure. Frank also created and implemented McCurdy & Candler’s Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act (“SCRA”) compliance procedures and regularly trained employees on those procedures.
Prior to McCurdy & Candler, Frank worked at both a creditors’ rights real estate litigation firm and an Atlanta boutique firm primarily representing plaintiffs in complex state and federal litigation. Frank is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Tennessee.

Bayles v. OneWest Bank FSB, CAFN 2:11-CV-225-RWS (N.D. Ga. 2012) (Won summary judgment in federal court for lender client in a wrongful foreclosure, promissory estoppel and fraud case).
Kabir v. StateBridge Co. LLC, 2011 WL 4500050 (2011) (Secured dismissal in federal court of a borrower’s claims for fraud, negligence, and promissory estoppel against her lender).
In re Neighbors, 2007 WL 7022203 (Bankr. S.D. Ga. 2007) (defeated Bankruptcy Trustee’s attempt to cancel lender’s $200k+ mortgage lien and sell property free and clear)
Paul et al. v. Destito, 250 Ga. App. 631 (2001) (After a week-long jury trial, secured multi-million dollar state-court jury verdict for client in a breach of fiduciary duty and alter ego liability case, and successfully defended the appeal).
In re ValuJet Air Crash (1998) (secured multi-million dollar settlement for the family of a mother and daughter who perished in the 1996 ValuJet crash in the Florida Everglades)
On a Personal Note
In his personal time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and family, golfing, boating, and working on cars. Frank is an active member of Intown Community Church in Atlanta and is a Cub Scouts den leader.
